線性思維有時候讓我們不能想到一個可能的未來在等待我們I was never expecting I could seen a chinese publication called “DianShiZhai Pictorial” 點石齋畫報 during my visit to The British Museum. I didn’t know its existence, I was astounded when the moment I saw their display thought it was so retro-futuristic!!! Because the primary education we took during China was being taught that the Qing Dynasty was isolated and alienated by the modern technology and industrial revolution back then. By seeing this pictorial, got me wondered and amazed that the “future back then” was like a beam leaked thru DianShiZhai allowing Chinese people to able to peek the world, offering them a window of novel events, technologies, real and imagined at home and abroad.
